“Joe Holmes has an extensive background of first hand experience with sports marketing and event promotion of a national nature. His events are successful as he sets performance markers that are realistic and obtainable for all stakeholders. Joe provides a win-win situation with all that he attempts. I am thankful for my experiences with Joe.” – Phil Stephens VP Operations, BikeFit LLC

“Joe has an amazing track record of putting on top-notch events that met the needs of participants, the community, and the event sponsors. Joe knows what it takes to work effectively with city officials and protective services to produce an event on the scale that we were after. We went to him as the expert in the area and he was able to provide us with his playbook for success.” -Andrew Martin, Union Bay Cycling

“As the key promoters at our respective tracks, I worked with Joe to coordinate racing activities to enable greater cross-participation and to share ideas for our mutual benefit. This culminated with the first ever joint event between the two tracks when we held the Southern California 2-Day Madison at Encino on Saturday and San Diego on Sunday. It was a good step forward for both velodromes.” -Shaun Wallace, San Diego Velodrome
